1. Download the app ‘Phone Testing’ or dial *#*#4636#*#*.
2. Tap ‘Phone Information’.
3. Then turn of radio.
4. Then change the ‘Preferred Network Type’ to ‘WCDMA ONLY’
5. Turn Radio on
(If it does not work skip Step 3 and Step 5 or restart the phone and try again)
